John and Beth Hikado are the chef/owners of Blue Hill's finest restaurant which is located in a charming historic home with beautiful gardens and cozy, candlelit ambience. Their menu features Maine seafood and natural ingredients from local farmers and fishermen. Reservations strongly suggested. You'll love it!!!
